SQL Server error

SQL Server error,
When I boot up the computer it says
"SQL Server installation is corrupt or has been tampered
with SQLEVN70.RLL Uninstall and rerun setup to correct

I have no clue what the SQL server is and how to uninstall and fix.
Please help.

go to the control panel...Add or Remove Programs...find any SQL Server entries and remove them
