Crysis Asking for CD now?

So i decided to re-install my legit copy of crysis that i bought from a retail shop so i could play. It installs fine. I installed punkbuster with it and everything. But now the game keeps telling me "Please remove any cd from you drive and insert the crysis cd to play etc"

My crysis cd is in the cd drive and its still asking for it.

I never used to have this problem. Im downloading patch 1.2 as we speak for the game. Im not sure if that will fix the problem
