hi
a friend used the computer a few week's back and had 13 internet's up, since then i can't see email's from msn,and computer kick's me off the internet and msn,the last few day's i can not stay connected for long.

we have got macafee personal firewall plus but i cant see where to do a scan on it,it only blocks things from coming though, i have been told to use malware and also combofix i have downloaded them and when i click on it to run nothing happen's

can anyone give me any help or advice other than throwing the computer out of the window?
