Trojan smitfraud

Hi, I picked up the smitfraud trojan a few days ago, to avoid wasting your time with repeat questions I searched every thread on this subject.
I have followed the steps in the other threads and have now removed the trojan and also got my desktop back to normal, but, lol, always a but, I still had somthing running in the background using a large chunk of memory and around 20% of cpu at idle.
I presume it is this winos.exe , I removed it from C:\ Windows and unchecked it from start up in msconfig, but every time I boot it is running.
CW Shredder also picks up and removes CW.MSCONFIG on every boot, even when I manually delete it from the regestry.
