Alright. I'm pretty computer illiterate, and I just can't get rid of this. It said that Nail.exe had been deleted, and I blocked the program with AOL Privacy Wall, yet it continues to pop up. I'm only 12, so please make it simple. ..; I'm terrified because this isn't my computer.

EDIT: My OS is XP (SP2.)
