Okay, here's the skinny. A friend of mine is having some computer trouble, I was trying to help and got a bit overwhelmed.

I was just trying to get rid of some excess data so she could install something, but I've been told there are several malicious programs floating around and I'm not the person who can figure out how to get everything back in top condition.

I've already given her the programs from the malware and spyware cleaning guide, but I can't exactly instruct her in their use.

From here on, she'll be using my account to speak for herself.
