I would like to backup all of the data on my computer and reinstall Windows XP. That said, what is the best software program available for backing-up data files to an external hard drive?

I believe nothing fast and best backuping, moving, copying tools like live cd. u can use any live cd like HBCD, winternals,ubuntu live cd is better option.
