I am thinking of upgrading from Internet Explorer 7 to IE 8. I am running XP, and I'm sure that IE 8 is most likely optimised for Vista. I just wanted to know if it's reversable if it starts causing me problems.

Thanks!

Yeah it's removable on all versions except Windows 7, where it's included as standard.

IE 8 also includes a Compatibility Mode which puts it in IE 7. Just run it as IE 7 permanently or switch back and forth as you wish.
