Blue Screen error going into Safe Mode

Hello! Everybody...

I had a virus that I removed using Malwarebytes this morning. However, Whenever I try to go into safe mode, I get the blue screen so I cannot get into Safe mode at all. I am getting error 0x0000007B.... Everything seem tobe working well on my user acccount...

Any help would be appreciate it.!

I have XP on this pc..

You are probably still infected.
I just checked your Malware topic HERE and I see Essexboy is waiting on a reply from you.
I suggest you continue with him till he says your system is healthy again.
