I have a Logitech headset (I dunno the exact model) and I want to use it in Team Fortress 2. Problem is, whenever I speak into the mic, I get this FWOP FWOP FWOP echo. The sound only goes through the headset (my speakers aren't connected) so I have no idea what is causing it.

I use the on-board Realtek HD Audio on my Foxconn A7GM-S.

If I turn the "Receive Volume" in the Steam settings down a lot, I can make the echo stop, but then I can't hear anything through the mic.
