scanned , no virus & spyware found
but my laptop bit laggy , stuck 1-2 seconds and smooths again , then stuck 1-2 seconds , moving mouse also not smooth as normal , weirdly , my cpu usage didnt show any process that >10% , only the system idle stay around 98-92%

That's how things should be.

Please, post some computer info:
- processor type, amount of RAM (hold Windows logo key, hit Pause/Break key)
- hard drive size/free space (open "My Computer", right click on hard drive letter, click "Properties")
- security programs in use (antivirus, firewall)

btw , it solved , i found out that TuneUp Utilities makes my laptop laggy , i restore the settings and everything goes fine after that , it's weird how the tune up program make my laptop laggy..
