Ports in Stealth Mode

All of my ports are in stealth mode and I am unable to host any game like Warcraft 3. My router specs are : 54Mbps Wireless Router model WGR614 v7. I have try portfowarding many times without realizing that my ports are in stealth mode. I was reading through some forums about portfowarding and came by this website to check my ports. http://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?rh1dkyd2
and found out that none of my ports are responding to anything. Is there a way to unstealth these ports?
