If you are experiencing malware relaed issues then may I suggest following the instructions in this link then post the required logs in the Virus, Spyware and Trojan Removal forum. :)

-Option 1- download or buy some antivirus programs, maybe it will work

-Option 2- delete files that are infected, easiest way

-Option 3- if it isn't too dangerous then ignore it :)

-Option 4- format your hard drive :)

-Option 5- get a new laptop or CPU :)

choose one and it's done!
