I just have been having problems with this net.net file on my computer. When the desktop is loading while booting up, a box saying windows cannot open the file net.net, various internet pop ups appear as well.

Sometimes when starting the laptop up it gives me an error saying "an unauthorized error was made to windows" and I cannot go any further from there.
