Changing default picture viewer

Nero PhotoSnap Viewer seems to be set as my default photo viewing software and it no longer works, so it's very frustrating. Whenever someone sends me a picture in my e-mail and I try to download it I can't because of this useless program. This also happens when I try to open up a picture that I just took with my webcam. How do I set different software as my default photo-viewing application? Thanks in advance for the valuable free advice you offer to me and all we users here!

Right click on any graphic file, you want to change association for, click Open with, Choose Default Program, select program of your choice, make sure, there is a checkmark in "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" box, click OK, and you're done.
