I tunes not connecting to internet

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could help I have a new PC and have recently installed the new version of I tunes. WHen I try to contact the I tunes store I am given a message to say the network has timed out and to check my internet settings. I am able to access the internet fine with all other sites. I have turned off my firewall and I am not using Norton. I have added my diagnostic texts below
