Hello. I have a Dell Inspiron laptop. Majority of the right side of my keyboard does not work. I bought a new keyboard, but it's doing the same thing. When I use a keyboard through the USB port , this keyboard works. Any other solutions? Thanks...

Is there a diagnostic program that I might be able to run to possibly locate the problem with the keyboard? Thanks...
