For a while now, every time I start up my computer and then start Windows Live Messenger I have to type in my ID and password, even though I click on the boxes to save everything and log me in automatically.

Windows XP Home SP3
Windows Live Messenger Version 2009 Build 14.0.8064.206

I don't have this problem with Yahoo Messenger or Skype.
I have already run multiple anti-virus and anti-spyware/anti-malware scans with no problems found. I have cleaned up temp files and directories, defragged my hard drives, etc.

Perhaps if I knew where this information was supposed to be stored I could make sure that file existed?
