Hi guiri,

So when you run Windows Update, are you able to check for the latest updates and select them?
Can you also Download the Latest Updates or not?

Is your Internet Explorer connecting to any Proxy Servers?
  • In Internet Explorer, click 'Tools' and then click 'Internet Options'
  • In the 'Internet Options' Window, go to the 'Connections' tab
  • Click LAN Settings
  • Make sure the Check Box next to "Use a proxy server for your LAN" is unticked
  • Ok out of everything back to Internet Explorer and now try Windows Update
