Internet connection problem with online game servers

i just bought this new vista computer friday and when i tried to play Requiem bloodymare Savage2 and Combat arms all of them could not connect to the update servers but i can connect to Warcraft 3 frozen throne Dragon sky online, and wolf team so far ive tried every avaible help from the support teams from Requiem and some help from some random support sites but nothing has worked this problem never occured on my Former XP computer im attaching my tracert report to this and a DXDIAG file of my computer if it might help
