Explorer.exe freezes and no programs starts up

Hello

I am having problem with loading, normaly when i start pc programs starts up automaticly but about 2-3 weeks ago pc stoped loading programs and explorer.exe stops working, so i have to kill it and start explorer.exe again and then load programs manualy.

did you try system restore yet...go back about a week before the problem started...
