Why are there some black squares on some icons? I read that you need to delete the shelliconcache file, but Windows Vista doesn't have one. Can anyone tell me where to go to delete the file Windows Vista uses? :)

I found out a way to fix it :)
Open Wordpad
Put this in:

taskkill /im explorer.exe /f
CD %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local
attrib -h iconcache.db
del iconcache.db
explorer.exe

Save as RebuildVistaIcons.bat and run it.
