My other computer suddenly took a turn for the worse, my internet is very slow and when attempting to download anti-spyware programs it slows right to a crawl and if they ever get downloaded I get an error message sayinf 'The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program'

I tried to follow the Cleaning Guild, I was able to get TFC an SysRestorePoint, but when I try to download ERUNT the download slows right up taking roughly 20 minutes and when I actually get it I get the error message!!

What can I do?? PLEASE HELP!!
