Hello Steph4246.... Welcome to GeeksToGo,
I'm sorry to hear about your issue but I will try to help you clear this up.
First:
When you found the entry in MSConfig did you unclick it so that it would not load on startup?
Second:
This file could also be the sign of an infection and we will deal with that after trying some steps here.
Third:
Download Autoruns from the link in my signature below:
1: Extract the Autoruns Zip file contents to a folder.
2: Double-click the "Autoruns.exe".
3: Click on the "Everything" tab
4: Remove any entries that mention "File Not Found" by right-clicking the entry and select Delete.
5: Go to File then to Export As.
6: Save AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
7: Attach to your next reply.

vongo was a legitimate program pre-installed/bundled with some hp and compaq computers,
its now known as starzplay and is still a legitimate program,
its a pay-as-you-view service supplied by verizon (i believe) and costs the princly sum of around 10 usd's a month,
its a video viewer/media player and available for most windows o/s's (including the xbox)
i believe you can stop it, but will need a registry edit to totally remove it

Lets see what you have in your startup
Please click on
Start and then to Run
Type in msconfig and press Enter
Now click on Startups
Look for any entries about Vongo and make sure they ARE NOT checked
Once that is done then close the program and reboot.
When it starts up you will see the System Configuration Utility popup.
Just click the little box on the bottom left that says Do not show or startup and the popup will not happen again.
Let us know how it works after doing each step above.
