We just purchased a used Dell Inspiron 910 computer. How do we clean it and delete to start from nothing? We have the disc to load again.

Anytime I try to do anything with it, I get a window that says I dont have enough memory.

I have two of these. I purchased the other brand new. It supposedly has less storage and memory than this one. But it never says I dont have any memory left.

Thank you in advance.
