I have an Acer Aspire which works on Linux and someone recently downloaded Picasa for me. It worked successfully for a month or so and then one day it crashed whilst I was using it and now I can't seem to get it to work. If I try opening it through ALT+F2 then it whirs for a bit and then does nothing. If I look in the files, they are all there but when I try opening it up it asks for my password, which I enter, then it does nothing. I've tried opening a terminal and typing 'picasa' but it does nothing. Does anyone have any ideas how I can kick start it again? Thanks!
