Currently my antivirus program is no longer funtioning (due to a virus). I have tried downloading others, but the computer will not let me run a full scan. I've since tried the steps recommended in the malware and spyware cleaning guide. Just as the install completes I get a runtime error "0" followed by a runtime error "440". Because of this, I cannot run the program.

The virus that I'm affected with will not allow me into any sites that are password protected. eg. facebook, outlook... (if this helps at all)

Next day:

I've managed to install AVZ Antiviral Toolkit as recommended in another forum. I've also performed a couple of recommended scans. I'll post the logs if required.
