Over the past 2 months I couldnt access the Itunes store, and for some reason my Iphone's itunes store turned in to german after syncing it with my PC. I have run diagnostics this is what came up:

it said that my last connection was successful but it wasnt, it told me that the itunes store mau be busy and to check my internet connection. I tried reinstalling itunes and every apple application I have to remove all traces of itunes but it didnt help. can anyone help me please?
