Im playing ArmA 2 and most of the latest games (or should I say, trying to) running at 22FPS just doesn't cut it. Would be 15 if I was still on XP pro 32bit, now Im on Windows 7 Ultimate and got a 15 fps increase.

I dont think its my graphics card to be fair, I think it might be CPU, I think im gonna get a new motherboard, cpu and graphics card.

gtx 280, i7 and a decent mobo.

Ahhhh, yes, gaming... the never ending quest for higher and higher FPS! I already knew before I asked!

Unfortunately, (or should that really be fortunately?), I'm not a gamer, but I suspect you just wanted to convince yourself of something you're already convinced about... upgrading. I vote go for it!

lol, i guess im gonna just bare 22fps for a little longer until the game can actually run on 'normal PCs' not nasa pc's
