I have read a lot of guides and answers about this error so i know how to fix it but the problem is:
What if you dont have a cd burner on ur laptop?
Because my laptop is one of those small ones and it doesnt have a cd burner or whatever those things called
and i also dnt have the recovery disk
how am i supposed to fix it now?
I tried getting a copy of hal.dll file from my sister's laptop because we have the same laptop
and saved it on a thumbstick then i plugged the thumbstick to the computer and that didnt work at all
plzz u gotta help me :,(
