hi guys,
this my second post on this forum and hope i get some replies this time.(am new here)

right, have this acer travelmate 2500 with win xp sp2 installed on it.
when i try connecting the usb pen it restarts.

if i leave the usb pen connected and start the laptop ,it works fine but he e: drive for the pen is not visible.

any ideas??

i got the restart problem sorted(it was becoz of the pen drive utility prog which wasn't compatible with xp sp2) but can anybody tell me why the pen drive (e:) doesn't show under my computer where all the drives are listed.

just in case if you think i have network drive already assigned with the drive letter e:, i haven't.

any ideas?
