I am using an acer laptop which contains windows vista. The problem is each time I turn on the computer, every 5 minutes, a message popped up (even though sometimes i don't use the internet, saying:

Security Alert

Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?
____________________________________Yes_______No________View Certificate

I tried Yes and No, none had worked
Then I chose View certificate->Install certificate.
A message popped up and said "Import was successful"
But by the next 5 mins, it popped up again. What should I do?

Sincerely,
Paradisecenter

P.s: I'm using Vista Home Premium OS
