ok.. specs first:
asus g50vt gaming laptop,
windows vista 64 ultimate edition
intel centrino dual core processors
nvidia geforce 9800gs graphics card
4gb ram
---
for some reason whenever i am recording a demo on my own POV at CS 1.6 (console - record demo.dem) I get increasingly lower fps... in a way that after 10 minutes it's almost unplayable because the fps is [bleep] low!!!
whats going on?
someone said before that it might be overheating, though i dont really think that's the cause, since i can play for hours straight without dropping the FPS... it only happens when i'm recording the demo...
ty

ps: i noticed that if i watch a HD youtube video on fullscreen, it'll also result in a fps drop after a while!
ps2: i posted here on hardware bc it might be something to do with my video card.. im not sure!
