When shutting down, I've noticed that ccAP is not running properly and must be closed now dialogue box appears, although I don't notice any problems with my computer, it does appear and then closes pretty quick and I was wondering if anyone knew what that was about?

I'm running Win XP SP 1 with all the updates.

Do you have Norton Antivirus installed? If so, this is normal shutdown behavior.
