Hmmm. The System folder. Let's have a look then.

Download the RKFiles.zip from here:
http://skads.org/special/rkfiles.zip
1. Reboot into safe mode
2. Open the C:\Antispyware\RKFiles folder
* Locate and double-click the RKFILES.BAT to run this tool.
* Sit back and wait untill its finished.
* When it is finally finished a text file will open.
* Save the contents of that text file.
Note: It should save by default to C:\Log.txt
3. Reboot back to Normal Mode.
4. Post the log

*Click Here to download Killbox by Option^Explicit.
*Extract the program to your desktop and double-click on its folder, then double-click on Killbox.exe to start the program.
*In the killbox program, select the Delete on Reboot option.
*Open the text file with these instructions in it, and copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting them and pressing Control-C:

C:\WINDOWS\Casino Fortune setup.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Fair Poker setup.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Noble Poker setup.exeadv.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\adx.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\bargains.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\exdl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\exul.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\javexulm.vxd
C:\WINDOWS\system32\qexdlm.srg
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msbe.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msereg.exe

*Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose "Paste from Clipboard".
*Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.

Then reboot and do another AdAware scan.

Let me know.

Can you reboot into safe mode and repeat the Killbox procedure for these files:
C:\WINDOWS\Casino Fortune setup.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Fair Poker setup.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Noble Poker setup.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\exdl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\exul.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\javexulm.vxd
C:\WINDOWS\system32\qexdlm.srg
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msbe.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msereg.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mac80ex.idf

Then reboot and delete the entire folder if present:
C:/Program Files/ BullsEye Network

hi, in your next to last email, regarding your instructions;
*Open the text file with these instructions in it, and copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting them and pressing Control-C:
..... I could not find this or didn't understand it, so I typed in each of those files you wanted me to delete and used killbox and then rebooted...under file/log was a record of what I did and in your last email, I did the same procedure in safe mode and the only record I could find was the log which I deleted. When I ran my norton antivirus, the repair wizard shows those 9 files I original mentioned under the threat name, adware.bargain..., when I try delete, it says fail to delete.

Hi splooosh,

This is what needs to be done.

Doubleclick Killbox.exe
Select and rightclick the list of files we want deleted (that puts them on the (invisible) clipboard)
In Killbox Click File > Paste from Clipboard

Then click the red button with the white cross that Deletes the files.
Respond to the prompts and reboot your computer if it does not do that on it's own.

hi, after doing the above procedure, rebooted and ran norton internet virus scan, the 9 files appeared and I was unable to delete. I thought I'd try the procedure again with killbox, but the log says the files you wanted me to delete don't seem to exist....here is the latest hijack log.

Run Killbox again and paste this in the "Full path to file to delete"
c:\windows\system32\mac80ex.idf

Then click the red button to delete the file and let the computer reboot.

Scan again and let me know.

hi, when I pasted the above files and clicked the red button to delete, screen popped up,
"PendingFileRenameOperations Registry Data has been Removed by External Process!"

Let's try with HijackThis.

In HijackThis click Config > Misc Tools > Delete a file on reboot.

If you get that message again, reboot the computer manually.
