So the ol' compy's come down with a nice little multitude of problems that is making it unusable.

On bootup, I get a message about net.net being unusable, and then nearly every program I try to run I get a message saying that "windows cannot find the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the file." I'm logged in as the administrator (it's the only profile on here), and I can get a few programs (such as firefox) to run if I right click and "run as administrator." Others, no dice.

I tried running Malware Bytes, but as soon as it started scanning after install the program closed. Now I get the same message about not having permission when I try to run it, even as administrator.

Any help would be appreciated!
