Hi Geeks, I hope someone will be kind enough and help me. Someone posted a msg about finding this DSBrokerService program on their computer and realizing by googling it that it is a malware. But then he/she said, the problem was resolved. Without any geek's answer appearing here about the solution. I have the same problem! How do I get rid of it?

Also, I wonder if this has anything to do with certain websites not working correctly for me (when I use Firefox). I looked at the source of one of them, , and there is a lot of jumbled javascript code, such as:

I already followed every step in your malware removal guide, and actually mbam found 15 errors, quarantined them and deleted them. Still, the Pubmed website misbehaves. I also deleted all browsing history in Firefox but the problem remains.

Also, regarding my original question, I stopped the brksrvc.exe program (it is residing in my Program Files/Dell Support/ subdir) but it has not been deleted by one of the step I followed to the letter in your guide.

Thanks in advance. This Firefox bug has been bugging me for quite a while, just never had the energy to deal with it.
