thats what it says in the bottom right hand corner of my husbands pc, 6 plus hours on phone with microsoft was no help.
computer was bought in 2007 from Best Buy, it is out of warrenty now so Gateway wont help unless we pay then 2 bucks a min. I guess there are a few people based on the microsoft forums having the same problem. To top it all off we cant get it to read the system disk or recovery disk ( its like they are not even in there)
Idea's guys we are beating our heads on brick walls here.
