Teal Discoloration of my Tablet screen

I'm having an issue with my tablets screen. It has happened once before but never lasted this long. The entire screen has a bright teal color in any area where information can be added, such as password boxes etc. There are also icons and other white areas that appear teal as well. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and how I can return it to normal?
