When this happened, I uninstalled blackberry desk manager and Roxio media manager from the add/remove control panel. Roxio and blackberry software is not in there anymore but I kept getting this message that windows is installing Roxio media manager then an error message saying it cannot find a file certificate? If I try to cancel or click ok, it will just start over and over and over like its stuck in a loop. I even rebooted my computer few times. It has been going on for almost over a week. I just tried system restore but I waited too long.
Its getting to the point that its intering with the other softwares. I would be typing then the screen would flick and show up that message. I am getting so fed up with it that I am seriously thinkinga bout getting the computer wiped and start over even if it means losing my other softwares and files.
please help!
