Hello,
I am hoping to get your help with my son's laptop.

We recently updated the Bitdefender software. A few days later the computer will not boot properly. First try would go to a black screen, second to a yellow screen. Third it let me log on to my account but would go to a half blue & half checkered screen. It finally let me log on so I thought I'd try running Malwarebytes even though the computer was protected (so I thought). I ran the scan which found 3 infections:
Broken.Open Command HKEY_class...
AV Disabled Notify
FW disabled notify
(sorry, I just jotted these down quickly figuring they would be removed and I would have a log to refer to)
Malwarebytes asked to reboot for removal and now the computer won't boot at all.

Thanks so much for your help.
