Help computer is infected bad!

My computer is infected with windows antivirus pro and probably a lot of other stuff by now.

I downloaded HJT onto a flash drive because the computer was not letting me download anything so i used another computer to get HJT with. I booted the computer into safe mode and got HJT on it but HJT wont run in safe mode. But in regular mode the computer keeps restarting by itself every 5 mins.

i guess ill keep trying to get an HJT log for you guys but anything else you would suggest?
