I have had these two viruses popping up for the last few days, i can find the identified files in my C:\WINDOWS\Temp\ file, but i cant delete them or have my anti-virus remove them. I'm using AVG free anti-virus 8.5.375, and the AVG resident shield keeps picking them up too, and every time i remove them and reboot, they are back with a different file name (same folder tho). Also, i have Zonealarm free version on my laptop, and since these viruses have gotten in, it hasnt been working properly, the Zonealarm pop-up bubble has just become a crash space. I've tried a few different virus softwares to remove them, but every time i reboot they're back.

Also, i'm not in Normal start-up mode, as i had the laptop in safemode trying to remove these two viruses.
