I'm am wondering if it is easy to make a site like the rick roll prank and if so how.

I have an idea and want to play a prank on a few mates bit of harmless fun. Anyone know how i can do this. Thank's

There were links upon links with video instructions. Since that is really a form of spam and aggravation to those who are at the end of that prank, I am not about to post the code needed for it here.
