Can somebody guide us to use the General TAB of Microsoft Outlook 2003 contact sheet. Please explain to us the use of the Button <CONTACTS> located on the bottom left side of the form.

Please also help us as to how can we link two contacts maybe as a parent - child relationship or friend - friend relationship.

The solutions will be of great help for us.
