I have to say that I am just so amazingly impressed by how you guys manage to take answers so many questions and spend time helping us with our computer problems for free. Living in a world where looking at e-cards on the internet is even costly now, I have to give you guys props. I think you guys give great advice, and make your instructions easy to understand instead of being on the phone with someone for hours. If you're ever in Vancouver, Canada, lets go out for wings!!!
