Hello,

Last week a new modem and router was installed in my house. Ever since I have been unable to connect to the internet on one particular computer. All other computers (and an xbox 360) are able to connect to the internet with no problems. It seems this troubled computer is unable to identify the network because when I open my network connections my computer shows it is connected to an "unidentified network" and will not/cannot connect to the internet. Definitely at a loss as to what is causing this problem and how to fix it. Please let me know if any more information is needed for troubleshooting this problem. Any and all help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
