Unable to Manage Remote Computer

When I try to manage a user I get this error when trying to view the Services: "Unable to open service control manager database on (user pc). Error 5: Access is Denied."

This just started in the past week. The user says that they didn't make any changes or install anything. I can see their computer but I can't use any of the drop down items.

Any ideas, it would be much appreciated!
