i can't run any antivirus or get my norton updates

I'm so not a computer person and this was the only site that i didn't get redirected from. My Norton 360 can't run updates and i get redirected to iprowl.com whenever i type in an antivirus site. Its driving me pretty crazy! Norton did flash about a week before this started with some iexplore.exe thing but said it had stopped the intrusion.
Help!
