Hello! I was just assisted in getting some Trojan viruses removed from my computer but some problems I thought were being caused by them are still occurring. The first and most important is that my computer freezes randomly, during startup and also after. No errors show when it freezes. Alt+Ctrl+Del does nothing. Not even holding power button down will shut off the laptop. I have to take the battery out for it to shut down. It seems to be a little better now that the viruses are gone but its still happening. I sometimes get the "blue screen" upon rebooting, saying there was problem with recent software/hardware that I have installed. I have not installed hardware and the only software I've used is what they've told me to download in the malware forum. The person who helped me there mentioned that my network adapter may be the culprit.

Also, my wireless internet is having problems connecting, and it seems when it DOES connect, the freezing of my computer happens. Again, seems to happen intermittently without any errors/warning.

Lastly, my cd/dvd recorder is not working. When opening NTI DVD maker to burn a cd, I get a message saying No Supported Drive detected.

Any assistance with any of these problems would be GREATLY appreciated! Especially the freezing of my computer, I do not want to have the hard drive crap out on me.
